Behaviours for Jira Service Management portal view is now available with example scripts to get you started.

Behaviours for JSM portal view is now available
We’re pleased to announce that Behaviours is now supported on the Jira Service Management portal view.
With Behaviours, you can guide requesters as they complete portal forms, helping them provide the right information, reducing incomplete requests, and creating a more relevant service experience.
It’s important to note that the Behaviours bot doesn’t support Jira Service Management at the moment.
Get started with new example scripts
To help you get started, we’ve also released a collection of JSM-focused example scripts. These examples show how you can use Behaviours in JSM:
- Restrict field options based on a requester’s group
- Prefill fields using user information and dates
- Show or hide relevant fields based on request type
- Show or hide fields based on the selected priority
- Display warnings or restrict options based on field selections
- Dynamically set incident priority based on keywords in the summary
What about JSM Agent view?
Behaviours for Jira Service Management Agent view is coming soon. We are currently working with Atlassian to make this available as soon as possible.
